ReplyDeleteyou probably could do an ongoing post about about the bad illustrations. seems to a be a topic worthy of investigation.
ReplyDeletesome really horrible stuff. that overkill thing? terrible. it's like, "bobby likes to doodle on his bookcovers, let's get him to do a drawing!"
sad (or good) thing is though with the mid-late local thrash bands the illustrations/logos were often better than the music.

ReplyDeleteThat Holy Terror sticker is a textbook example of bad sticker design. Eviction and Black Ritual stickers made me flash back a little.
