Bad Posture Lp 1983 Irresponsible Records.

God damn this is some dirty nasty shit right here. Essential San Francisco punk rock from 1983. I got this Lp from my friend Chris a few years back, and I thought he might miss this one a little...so here you go Chris.

P.S. There is a discography cd on Grand Theft Audio, so go to wherever the hell they claim to sell Grand Theft Audio cd's and pick one up.

Hi, This record rules...

I've bought it in the late 80's thanks to a friend who knew the band and who told me this was for me !!!

Absolutly killer record and I did like also their discography CD on GTA.

"Get touch" & "time for smack" are totally great and all times classic by now !

What a great memories...

Hey Dave - Just wanted to say thanks for the great blog, just discovered this and have found all sorts of good stuff, including bands that I had forgotten about (how could I have forgotten the Clitboys??).

Hope you keep it up, I'm glad there are people like you sharing these great rare forgotten albums.

This record was one of those storied record finds that we always dream about; I found it in a used record bin in a Colorado record store for two bucks back in the mid '90s. I was like Orgasm Man from SNL when it happened. I was afraid to go pay for it because the dude at the counter was the type who would spot some other clueless employee's mistake. Luckily, he went into the back room and I paid for it quickly and ran out the door.

Thanks for posting an mp3 version for us!

SFDOOMED, I remember when we turned this record up at the Princeton Record exchange back in the mid 90's. I say we because I went through a stack of records and then my friend went through the same stack right after me and pulled this record out and was like I can't believe you passed on this record. When I saw what he was holding I was like god dammit. He used to always pull records out on me like that. I guess I wasn't careful enough back in the day but I learned my lesson. Jump ahead 10+ years and I finally got this record when I bought said friends record collection lol.
