White Cross - Fascist 7" 1982 Zero Degree Records

Fast and raw hardcore punk 7" ep that goes by in the blink of an eye. Yeah, that just about says it all...Dave G.

Here is a review of the 7" from Chris on the KFTH website.
"Hardcore - raw as hell and really fast. Wild, off-kilter thrash but still catchy... and it will hit you like a ton of bricks! On this EP, White Cross are at their peak both in terms of songwriting and energy. There's no fucking relenting from when you drop the needle on Side 1 til the end of "Having Fun." And the breakdown in "Jump Up" fucking rules. Great lyrics too. I guess the only downside is that it's over too quickly."

Great album, great post - the most ironic thing is that I went out to eat last night and guess who's on the marquee for a show tonight - White Cross. Can't believe they're still at it. Don't know if I can do Mexican two nights in a row but if I make it to the show I'll let ya know how it is.
