Forced Down was active in the California hardcore scene in the late 80's early 90's. You'll probably either love this or hate it...I personally really like it. The music is on the more mid tempo side with strained/sung/shouted vocals. Sometimes there is a clumsiness to the music, but the raw emotion in the vocals really keeps me sucked in regardless.
